Tesco has redesigned its kids cereal range with the help of P&W International Design Consultants.

Tasked with creating a colourful, identifiable character for each cereal which would embody a sense of fun and adventure, the project took a total of four months from brief to roll out.

Building on the legacy of the London 2012 Olympics, P&W has created the Brekkie Squad, an eight-strong team of sporty animals who reside in Brekkie Parc, a land made up of different sporting locations including the White Water Rapids and the Breakfast Parc Olympic Arena.

The new look packs hope to achieve stand out for the cereal brand in a dominated aisle.

P&W designed logos for the Parc and Squad with a strong, fun identity in mind whilst also creating a club children could feel part of. Sport related games and puzzles have been added to the packs to engage and entertain at the breakfast table.
