Mars Petcare’s Whiskas and Heineken’s Fosters brands have both appointed new marketing communications agency Incahoots.

Run by The Big Kick founder Debbie Simmons and her former Big Kick colleague Nicola Rodrigues (formerly known as Nicola Ee), Incahoots specialises in brand activation, sales promotion, shopper marketing and experiential campaigns supported by social media platforms.

The agency’s work for Fosters will include an off and on-trade activation project.

“Debbie and I have worked on dozens of campaigns for some of the world’s largest and most successful brands. Our respective careers have taken us in different directions over the past few years but when it came to launching my own business, there was nobody I’d rather work with than Debbie,” commented Incahoots managing director Rodrigues.

In addition to core specialisms, Incahoots will also offer concept generation, partnership negotiation and management, event management, and design and artwork.

Simmons, who will take on the role of chairman and executive creative director, added: “Incahoots has a genuinely different perspective and much of that is down to Nicola. Her client leadership and campaign management is second to none, while her collaborative style is not only incredibly productive but also perfectly in tune with the way today’s clients and agency professionals want to work.”
