Thinkbox appoints Leila Travis as head of planning

Travis takes up the role of head of planning at Thinkbox on 29 April 2013

Total Media’s head of TV Leila Travis has been named as the new head of planning at Thinkbox, commencing her new role as of 29 April 2013.

Travis will now take responsibility for running Thinkbox’s planning team, including overseeing the development and management of Thinkbox’s planning tools, marketing intelligence resources, and training programmes. Reporting to Thinkbox director of research and planning Neil Mortensen, Travis has also been tasked with developing Thinkbox’s agency relationships to support their TV planning needs.

Currently working as head of TV at Total Media Travis handles Total Media’s Television trading, strategy and implementation. Prior to Total Media, she held roles with Starcom and Mediaedge, working in planning across a wide range of sectors and brands including eHarmony, Cadbury, Stella Artois and LG.

Of the appointment Mortensen said: “We’re thrilled to have someone of Leila’s calibre and experience joining the team – and someone who has such an obvious passion for TV and understanding of its incredible future for advertisers.”
