Silke Zetzsche is a digital advertising sales professional with over 10 years experience in digital media planning, strategy and adtech.

She is passionate about creativity and tech, especially how a more human creative strategy, informed by data, can help brands to build stronger connections with consumers.

Silke started out her career in digital planning and buying at one of the top global media agencies, before moving in ad tech sales. In her diverse career she has been a key driver in launching new products and first-in-market technologies globally, being one of the first to commercialize Smart TV and CTV ad products in the UK market.

In her current role as Head of Commercial Partnerships at A Million Ads, she focuses on helping the company grow internationally, having worked successfully with a breadth of world-leading brands, such as eBay, Adidas, McDonald’s, British Gas and Sky.

Silke is also a fierce supporter of diversity and inclusion and as part of the Digital Leading Ladies and She Has No Limits, champions women in leadership roles in the industry.

Outside of her professional environment she is an active supporter for charities like CLIC Sargent and Centrepoint.

Silke is also a mentor for Digirise (part of Digilearning), a charity that supports young people from underprivileged backgrounds with their career choice and progression (https://digilearning.co.uk/).

She was also responsible for the social media coverage on the day of the ‘She has no limits’ conference in 2020.
