Fern Miller cut her teeth as a graduate planner at Delaney Fletcher Bozell and has been working as a strategist ever since.

While working for JWT, she scooped an APG Grand Prix for my work on KitKat, she has also held roles at DLKW and Karmarama.

Miller moved to DigitasLBi four years ago and has built a 92-person multi-discipline UK team recruiting experts in behavioural change, data science and brand strategy to extend the agency’s capabilities.

As well as leading the vision for strategy across international markets, 2015 has seen her work closely with AstraZeneca, Liftshare, Mumsnet and Youthnet.
