Marc Jacobs takes to Twitter to find face of new campaign

Given that today is #selfieday, there is no better time to report that designer Marc Jacobs is foregoing model agencies to find the face of its new campaign, and is turning to Twitter.

People are asked to send their selfies with the tag #CastMeMarc to be the new face of Marc by Marc Jacobs.

This is not the first social move from Marc Jacobs – the fashion house opened a Tweet Shop during London Fashion Week, which saw members of the public able to make purchases simply by tweeting about the brand.
