A flashmob video filmed in a South African chain store in a touching tribute to Nelson Mandela following his death has reached almost one million views on YouTube within days of being posted.

The Soweto Gospel Choir posed as shoppers and staff at a Woolworths shop in Johannesburg before surprising shoppers with a heartfelt rendition of Asimbonanga – a song written in support of Mandela during his time in prison.
