Impression Featured in List of Europe's Fastest Growing Tech Firms
September 14, 2020
Digital marketing agency Impression is one of Europe’s fastest growing technology companies according to new stats released earlier this month.
The results come as part of the latest Deloitte’s Technology Fast 500™ rankings for Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA), which was based on revenue growth rate over a four year period from 2015-2018.
The listing is a result of the territorial events, where Impression posted a 949% growth in annual revenues over the period, placing it 30th in the UK rankings, and top position for the Midlands. Performance was strong enough to also qualify for a place in the EMEA 500 rankings, placing 427th overall, which also features the likes of Revolut and ClearScore.
Impression has grown significantly over the past few months and now works with more than 100 clients within the UK and internationally; employing more than 50 members of staff at its Nottingham office on King Street. In recent weeks it has also launched a new service focusing on conversion rate optimisation (CRO) and is currently recruiting for a number of new positions in its paid media, CRO and digital PR teams.
Aaron Dicks, Founder and MD of Impression, said:
“Despite the obvious challenges we have experienced over the past six months it has been great to see businesses recognise the importance of digital marketing at such a critical time and to be included in such an impressive list of growth tech companies is truly humbling.
“While the company has transformed drastically in terms of size and scope since the early days of Impression, the fundamentals of quality, knowledge sharing and focus on development remain very much the same.
“We set out a mission at the start of 2020 to continue building our reputation as one of the country’s top digital marketing agencies and the efforts to enhance our processes and service offering has been pivotal during such a turbulent few months. We’re excited to launch our new CRO service and expand our team with new positions over the coming months.”
This month Impression was named 'Best Large PPC Agency' in Europe at the 2020 European Search Awards and last month picked up the award for ‘Shopping Ads Campaign of the Year’ at UK Biddable Media Awards.
