Kazoo will be responsible for Swyft Home's creative campaigns, launches and media relations.

Lockdown success story, Swyft Home, the sofa-in-a-box company, has appointed Kazoo Communications as its UK PR agency.

Following the Swyft founder, Keiran Hewkin's admission that the company has “absolutely under-estimated its own growth”, Swyft Home has tasked Kazoo with uniting its current surge in word of mouth sales with an integrated comms strategy.

Kazoo’s remit includes creative campaigns, launches and media relations.

Born out of the insight that the furniture industry isn’t meeting the needs of sofa buyers, Swyft’s range of stylish and comfortable sofas arrive within just 48 hours and the sofa-in-a-box design means the stress of fitting furniture through flights of stairs or tight doorways is eliminated.

“Agile, creative, connected and with a clear vision to help us grow Swyft’s brand fame, the Kazoo team’s response matched our ambitions and passion to completely change the way people buy furniture”, commented Geoff Bull, chief marketing officer at Swyft.

Lydia Hoye, managing partner at Kazoo, adds: “A beautifully crafted sofa at a click, with the speed and ease of ordering a take away - no stress delivery, no waiting for weeks coupled with environmental principles. Move over lesser sofa brands - Swyft has clear ambitions and we are going to help them realise them.”
