Wimbledon Final BBC1 - numbers are based on all adults

Sunday saw Andy Murray take on Roger Federer in the Wimbledon final. Coverage started at 12.55, peaking at 6.14pm with 17.1 million viewers and a 67.9% share. This is more than the Euro 2012 final shown the previous week which peaked at 13.6 million. The show did an average of 21.7 adults TVRs which equates to 10.6 million viewers with a 59.6% share; in Scotland the show had 25.2 adult TVRs with 986,000 viewers and a 67.7% share.

Superstar ITV1 - numbers are based on all adults

Andrew Lloyd Webber started his nationwide search by meeting the hopefuls looking to play the lead role in a UK wide arena tour of the hit musical Jesus Christ Superstar. The Saturday show, presented by Amanda Holden, did 5.7 adults TVRs which equates to 2.8 million viewers with a 15.2% share; in Scotland the show had 5.3 adult TVRs with 207,000 viewers and a 13.3% share. On Sunday night the final 40 went for an intensive weeks training on the ‘Superstar Island’. The show did 5.9 adults TVRs which equates to 2.9 million viewers with a 13.2% share; in Scotland the show had 5.8 adult TVRs with 225,000 viewers and a 12.7% share

Mad Mad World ITV1 - numbers are based on all adults

On Saturday night ITV1 saw the second episode of this new panel show hosted by Paddy McGuinnes with Rhys Darby and Rufus Hound and guests Jonathan Ross and Denise Van Outen. This show did 1.9 adults TVRs which equates to 932,000 viewers with a 5.1% share; in Scotland the show had 1.7 adult TVRs with 68,000 viewers and a 4.6% share.

Thelma’s Gypsy Girls Channel 4 - numbers are based on all adults

Thelma Madine, the dress maker of the most extravagant dresses from the Big Fat Gypsy Wedding series, has decided to take on ten young Gypsy girls for a six month training course. The series started with a recruitment day, with the show doing 4.5 adults TVRs which equates to 2.2 million viewers with a 9.7% share; in Scotland the show had 3.6 adult TVRs with 159,000 viewers and a 7.7% share.

Sinbad Sky 1- numbers are based on all adults

Sky 1's new drama set in the 18th century started on Sunday with Sinbad fleeing Basra. This glossy action adventure drama is edgier than comparable shows like Primeval and Merlin. The show did 1.9 TVRs which equates to 932,000 viewers with a 13.6% share.

T in the Park BBC3 - numbers are based on all adults

The peak show coverage of T in the Park was Noel Gallagher’s High Flying Birds on Saturday night from 11pm which had 337,000 viewers and a 2.6% share with 0.7TVR’s.
