The Grammy-award winner encourages gym goers to make the switch to Planet Fitness to reap the benefits of a “judgment free zone” with better prices.

After recording smash hits with fellow female rappers Beyoncé and Cardi B, three-time Grammy award winner Megan Thee Stallion is now breaking a sweat in a fresh alliance with Planet Fitness, a budget-friendly fitness brand that markets itself as a “judgment free zone.”

The collaboration, announced by the franchise on Thursday, includes Megan’s first performance of 2024 on the Planet Fitness Square in Times Square, an advertising campaign, AR filters, a charitable co-branded merch line and free in-app Planet Fitness workouts inspired by Megan’s passion for fitness.

In a commercial produced by Barkley ad agency and directed by filmmaker Calmatic, Megan embodies a fierce persona known as ‘Mother Fitness.’ As Mother Goddess, Megan vanquishes common obstacles to fitness goals, such as toxic fitness instructors and sky-high prices, by pedding the “judgment free zone” and affordability at Planet Fitness.

The limited-edition merch line, available via the Planet Fitness store website, includes crew neck sweatshirts sporting “Big Fitness Energy for Everybody (-ody-ody),” bucket hats and water bottles emblazoned with “Real Hot Girl Fit” and sticker sheets. All proceeds of the collection benefit the Pete & Thomas Foundation, a non-profit spearheaded by Megan that is focused on supporting the education, housing and health of underserved citizens in her hometown of Houston, Texas and beyond.

“Working out is such an important part of my routine, so this partnership with Planet Fitness genuinely embodies my personal values,” Megan said in a statement. “We want to encourage everyone to prioritize their physical and mental health heading into the New Year, so they can reach new heights in 2024 and continue to grow into the best version of themselves.”

As a final component of their dynamic partnership, Planet Fitness sponsored the Times Square New Year’s Eve celebration this weekend, featuring a show-stopping performance by Megan that aired during the broadcast of “Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve with Ryan Seacrest 2024” on ABC.
