The fashion brand is famous for eschewing advertising.

Spanish clothing retailer Zara has launched a ‘Back to Work’ campaign to promote its range of workwear.

The spot shows a man entering an elevator as he heads to his job. The following scenes feature various mundane scenarios that begin to test his patience, from the person trying to carry far too many coffees to the older woman moving far too slow and the delivery guy who will not stop whistling.

Despite these frustrations, there’s a fun, light-hearted tone to the film, which comes from writer and director Jordan Hall. The ad was shot on 35mm film in a custom-built set.

The promo is a rare move from Zara, which famously doesn’t spend on marketing or advertising.
