The footballer is playing with the England Nation Team at the 2023 Fifa Women’s World Cup.

The playful ad flips between the real and eight-bit-style virtual world, depicting Russo’s journey as a footballer and her current role as a Lioness playing on a world stage.

In the video game, Russo dodges obstacles to avoid injuries, levels up through the ranks of the footballing world and is seen making her iconic backheel goal during the Euros in 2022. The game’s final level is the forward’s most challenging battle to date: playing in a global competition. The character looks defiantly into her opponent’s eyes, tuning back into the real world with her Beats Studio Pro headphones.

The campaign promoted the new Beats Studio Pro, available later this year.
