Depicting a very familiar scenario of parcels being delivered to the wrong house, what3words is launching its latest campaign to show how its location technology can help make life simpler by getting things to exactly the right place.

The comedic spot, directed by Tom Speers and produced by Smuggler, sees a young man confront his neighbors about his missing clothing parcels – which they hilariously deny, even though they appear to be wearing them.

“Inaccuracies in addressing are costly to a business and frustrating for consumers. They result in taxis arriving on neighboring streets, food deliveries arriving cold and customers wasting hours on the phone to couriers,” said Ivan Pols, chief creative officer at what3words.

“Our technology offers a simple solution to this, and our new campaign with Neverland perfectly demonstrates why it’s always worth using a what3words address.”

The what3words technology has divided the world into a grid of 3-meter squares and labeled each with a unique combination of three words: a what3words address, which allows consumers to easily share any location without the need for extensive and elaborate descriptions.

The launch film will premier April 8 on ITV, which has managed media on the project, with the wider campaign being amplified across radio, digital and through direct mail.
