H&M reimagines publisher partnerships with Readly digital subscription app
High street fashion purveyor H&M is reaching out to new audiences through a partnership with digital subscription app Readly.
Readly offers subscribers unlimited access to titles in return for a flat £7.99 subscription fee
H&M members will be offered a two-month free subscription to dive into the app and catch up on current affairs, gossip and lifestyle trends with unlimited newspaper and magazine reading. A £15 gift voucher further sweetens the deal for waverers.
Billed as an ‘all-you-can-read’ buffet of 5,000 digital magazines and newspapers, Readly offers subscribers unlimited access to titles such as Playboy and Vogue in return for a flat £7.99 subscription fee.
Rob Hanlon, global partnerships director at Readly, said: “Fashion has always been a popular category among our subscribers. We’re seeing more people reading our wide range of titles recently as they check out the latest trends and seek a source of style inspiration.
“We are delighted to be partnering with H&M, a brand to share our values around inspiration and sustainability and offer its customers the opportunity to read our broad portfolio of titles including many popular fashion titles. It’s a great fit for us.“
Bolstered by lockdown, the app distributed over 140,000 magazine issues last year, drawing 99m views.
Readly’s H&M tie-up runs through to June 13 and is the latest in a series of brand collaborations to be orchestrated by the reading app following similar deals with Samsung, English Heritage and Bupa.
