The Heineken-owned cider brand has tasked the agency with leading both strategy and creative for its Strongbow Original, Strongbow Cloudy Apple and Strongbow Dark Fruit ranges throughout the year.

Jono Holt, partner at Otherway, said: "We are extremely excited to be given the opportunity to work with everyone at Strongbow. To be given the brief to the UK’s largest cider brand, with their great legacy in advertising, is a massive privilege."

Emma Sherwood-Smith, cider brand unit director at Heineken, added: "Otherway presented a campaign with the ambition of making Britain proud to drink Strongbow and placing the brand right at the heart of culture. We’re looking forward to making it all happen."

The British cider brand is seeking a change of pace in its promotional work having previously recruited a self-deprecating Sir Patrick Stewart as a brand ambassador.

Strongbow moved its advertising business into Adam & Eve/DDB in March 2016 after a decade of working with St Luke's.
