Kass Sells has been elevated from president of North America to global chief operating officer and president of international. Dawn Beauparlant will add president of North America to her current responsibilities as chief client officer.

The current president of international Alan VanderMolen is slated to leave the agency over the coming weeks to "pursue other opportunities."

“We has reached an exciting inflexion point in our business – through the addition of new client partnerships, the growth of our sectors and recent acquisitions,” said Melissa Waggener Zorkin, chief executive officer of We Communications. “It is an opportune time to make strategic changes to our global leadership team, which will enable us to better serve our clients worldwide.”

Earlier this month, We bought Codeword to grow its content, digital, social and editorial capabilities. In March of 2018, We merged with Avian Media to strengthen its presence in India.

Sells will oversee the We's EMEA and APAC regions and the agency's Integrated Services and Insights and Analytics efforts, including the recently acquired Codeword.

Beauparlant’s expanded role includes oversight of We North America's consumer, health and technology sectors.

The chief executive officers of We Red Bridge, AvianWe and We Buchan, along with the managing partner of We's Watatawa, will all take on expanded responsibilities to help boost cross-region and cross-agency collaboration.
