Creative video agency Across the Pond (ATP) has restructured its senior management team to capitalize on recent expansion in the US and Asia.

Julie Cohen, ATP Founder, and formerly managing director becomes chief executive officer, while former director of production, Aaron Hutchinson, moves into the managing director role. In addition, Karen Crookes moves from the role of executive producer, US lead, to become vice president of Across the Pond Inc, and finance director Maxine Khan becomes a company director alongside Aaron Hutchinson.

“These changes are essential for this next phase of growth” says Cohen. “My priority as CEO is to continue making ‘work that works’ for our international clients as well as seek new opportunities to partner with ambitious brands who see the value in growing their businesses through effective content.

“We will continue to work on a ‘no creative pitches’ approach as it has proven to lead to deeper, more productive relationships and, above all, much better work and results for clients.”

Cohen added: “It’s now all about scaling the ATP model and continuing to foster a culture that attracts great talent. We will be bringing our offering ‘across the pond’ in full force by making key hires in all three offices.”

Across the Pond helps disruptive brands grow their businesses through effective content. Originally spun-out from Google as their go-to video agency, ATP strategists, creatives and filmmakers now work with companies around the world from offices in London, San Francisco and Singapore.
