SPH strengthens in-house creative and branded content services with Sweet move
Singapore Press Holdings (SPH) has taken the wraps off its new in-house creative and content marketing venture as part of its move to innovate its newsroom and business operations.
The in-house venture, named as Sweet, will see SPH absorb content marketing agency Brand New Media.
The in-house venture, named as Sweet, will see SPH absorb content marketing agency Brand New Media and combine the agency’s expertise with its own Content Lab, CreativeLAB and Think Inc to provide native advertising and branded content to clients.
Former Brand New Media chief executive officer Damien Bray will take on the role of chief sweet officer, while former head of SPH CreativeLAB Tommy Lim will be head of creative and former chief content strategist of SPH Content Lab Serene Goh will be head of editorial content.
“With Sweet, we are able to maximise our considerable pool of resources in the creative and content marketing areas, ensuring that we give the best possible experience and outcomes to our clients,” said Ignatius Low, chief marketing officer at SPH.
