The Hamburg Convention Bureau appoints Jackanory to create Hamburg on Tour event in East London

The Hamburg on Tour event will take place for two days at the end of October

The Hamburg Convention Bureau has appointed Jackanory, an experiential and live events agency, to create a high-profile live event showcasing the city of Hamburg.

Jackanory have been tasked with creating and implementing an immersive event that will raise awareness of Hamburg as a travel destination and showcase all the city has to offer in an engaging, interactive manner.

The aim of the two day Hamburg on Tour event is to provide young, creative and adventurous Londoners with an authentic image of Hamburg, encouraging them to place Hamburg at the top of their ‘must visit’ list.

Michael Otremba, chief excecutive of the Hamburg Convention Bureau, commented: “With Hamburg on Tour, we want to show what Hamburg is about: a strong business and science city paired with a great livability and a lifestyle driven by a versatile culture and music scene. To ensure the success of our London event, we needed an exceptional events agency that would be able to tell this story of Hamburg through an innovative and immersive live event. Jackanory can create an experience that encourages a positive and lasting impression of Hamburg and the metropolitan region.”

The Hamburg on Tour event will take place on 20 and 21 October 2017 at The Boiler House on Brick Lane in London.
