The Drum's Recruitment Business Awards, now in their fourteenth year, have unveiled the nominations for 2016.

Nominations for The Drum's Recruitment Business Awards have now been revealed / The Drum

Designed to celebrate everything from Land's End consultancies to John O' Groats agencies, the awards seek to celebrate the crowning glory of the recruitment industry with a focus on agencies outwith London.

Categories this year include Best Online Campaign, Best Art Direction, Best Use of Social Media and Best Digital Engagement.

Leading the pack with 13 nominations is Penna which has been shortlisted for prizes in the Best School Leaver or Apprentice Campaign and Best Copywriting among others.

London and Bristol recruitment agency ThirtyThree follows close behind with 12 nominations, listed in the Art Direction, and Best Video or Animation categories and more. Tonic, meanwhile has seven nominations, including one for Best Website.

Jupiter Advertising, Nzime, Pink Squid and Havas People have also made it on to this year's shortlist.

Chairing the creative judging panel this year was Steve White, the owner of Calgary Communications – who led industry luminaries such as Totaljobs' RajLal, Accenture's global lead of recruitment marketing, Andrew Soane and Heineken's commercial and HR business partner Craig Kennedy to reach the final decision.

The awards ceremony will take place on 22 September in Manchester's Mercure Hotel.
