Lee, who joined the agency 10 years ago, previously served as vice president-digital director at the agency. Before joining Palisades, which is based in LA but has offices in San Francisco and New York, Lee served as vice president of e-business for online customer acquisitions at Citigroup’s CitiCards.

According to Palisades, her appointment comes on the heels of six months of growth for the media agency. The agency recently added three “new high profile technology, entertainment and retail clients” to its roster and hired an additional 20 employees.

Roger Schaffner, chairman and CEO of Palisades Media Group, said of Lee’s appointment: “Hwa-Shih has spent over a decade at Palisades Media Group proving herself as a leader, a mentor and a driver of growth for our clients and our agency. Her expertise translates across many categories, including entertainment, travel, consumer products, QSR, retail and technology.”

Palisades was founded 20 years ago and currently has a staff of more than 120 people who specialize in digital media and creative, national and local audio/video investment, strategic planning, business intelligence, analytics and consumer insights, outdoor and print advertising. It works with brands including UGG Australia, Dropbox, Netflix and Del Taco.
