In his new role, he will focus on the global expansion of the company, which recently opened up shop in France and is looking to expand into London.

Fuselier joined the agency five years ago and most recently served as managing director-live action. During his time there, he has “cultivated a directorial roster that is renowned for pushing the boundaries of innovation with its live action and integrated productions,” according to the company. He recently signed director Phillip Montgomery, who has worked with brands including GE and Walmart, as well as director Leigh Marling, who has worked with Nissan, Lego and Miller Lite among others.

At Tool, Fuselier has overseen a number of projects, including the recent National Multiple Sclerosis Society’s campaign created by Wieden + Kennedy Portland, which was directed by John X. Carey. Throughout his career, has won awards including Emmys, Webbys and Clios.

Of his appointment, Fuselier commented: “At Tool, I’ve had the pleasure of working with some of the most creative and passionate minds in the business, each of whom are champions of our mission: to tell great stories at the pace of culture and innovation. This incredible talent has allowed us to achieve strong growth across our live action, digital, VR and experiential practices. I’m excited for what this momentum means for Tool as we continue to expand globally.”
