Ad of the Day: Tesco targets football fans with dramatic mid-match beer run

Tesco is making sure football fans are all stocked up before Euro 2016 matches with a trio of films targeting different kinds of shoppers.

Created by BBH London, the films dramatise the dreaded beer run mid-way through an important match – the deserted streets, the possibility of missing an all-important goal, it’s a job no one wants to do and, thanks to Tesco, no one has to.

The three online films tackle different shopping behaviours, targeting family shoppers with Click and Collect, online shoppers with delivery and panic buyers with store locators. Ensuring football fans are all stocked up on drinks and snacks before kick-off.
