Kardashian star Scott Disick accidentally shares sponsored post instructions in caption
Instagram users understand the nuances of deals many influencers strike to raise money through sponsored posts but Keeping Up With The Kardashians member Scott Disick stripped bare the process by accidentally sharing his posting instructions in his latest promotional shoot.
Scott Disick posted a promotional shot promoting a workout supplement Bootea Shake, seemingly copy/pasting instructions from the sponsor into the caption.
The gaffe was quickly spotted, it read: “Here you go, at 4pm est, write the below. Caption: Keeping up with the summer workout routine with my morning@booteauk protein shake!”
It revealed just how disingenuous Disick’s enthusiasm for the product was, arguably weakening his resolve as an influencer – that said, as a result of the gaffe numerous media outlets have amplified the reach of the post.
