In addition, Lee Stuart has taken on the role of chief strategy officer and Barry Hynd has become finance director. There have been also been new hires in the areas of content marketing, editorial and SEO teams including former head of SEO at DEJAN, Martin Reed.

Established in 2008, Caliber has seen steady growth and some impressive client wins, particularly in the travel sector. The recent structural changes build on this progress whilst challenging old ways.

Speaking of the internal developments, Francesca Kosina said: “We are looking hard at creating a more consistent decision making culture. These structural changes will mean more clarity, direction and focus on responsibility. The arrival of Barry Hynd has seen Caliber shift our financial model with an emphasis on efficiency. For example, our content marketing and studio departments have merged to ensure better communication and nimble delivery of content campaigns. SEO and account management have also become one team, to deliver the industry leading consultancy and tailored service our clients have come to expect.”

Kosina will work with the new management team and board to drive the company forward, with a particular focus on employee relations and training. As executive chairman, Scott will explore opportunities for new ventures, R&D, and business development.
