Intermarketing Agency appoints Jonathan Argile to head up new search services
Intermarketing Agency has appointed Jonathan Argile as the agency's first SEO director. With previous experience at specialist search agencies twentysix and Stickyeyes, Argile brings a broader knowledge of the search industry to the agency. He takes responsibility for leading search marketing strategy and implementation for Intermarketing Agency’s existing clients, to ensure higher levels of performance and ROI. He will also be adding further strategic input to new business opportunities.
In his previous roles, Argile managed and successfully integrated SEO and PPC projects across various sectors including finance, automotive, retail, healthcare, insurance, travel, gaming and property, working with brands including Hertz, Saga, onthebeach.co.uk and Ladbrokes.
Argile said: “I'm delighted to join as Intermarketing Agency’s SEO director, and excited to become part of their highly successful team. The agency produces excellent work across a highly impressive client list. I’m looking forward to helping strengthen clients’ online visibility and performance and ensuring the success of search campaigns and the broader digital portfolio.”
Intermarketing Agency’s head of digital, Karen Lewis, said: “We’re really pleased to welcome Jonathan on board. He has extensive technical experience in his field and compliments the team wonderfully. By working closely with the rest of the team, in media, planning, design, build, and content production, we can ensure that search is considered at all points. This means optimum online visibility can be part of our thinking right from the outset.”
Argile’s appointment continues the significant growth in the agency’s digital team, which has expanded from five to 24 professionals, following the acquisition of Teabag Digital in January 2015.
