Virgin Trains is marking the launch of its new website with a series of animated “how to” videos by BraveSpark designed to inform and engage travellers.
The 10 video clips have been made to address the most common problems which people may encounter when traveling by rail. The circumstances covered in the video series include a how to for traveling with family, making bike reservations and reserving seats.
Three of the 10 ads have been released so far and the remaining videos in the series will be rolled out in the coming months.
The campaign has been put together by London-based creative agency, Brave Spark.
Director at the agency, Rob Remington Drake, described the work with Virgin Trains as an “exciting challenge to craft something unique in style around how-to videos and still convey important customer information in an engaging manner.
Virgin’s new website includes a partnership with Google to produce a one-off Virgin Trains Journey Planner, which allows users to map their whole journey from door to door rather than station to station.
