Transversal turns to MobasIgnite for website redesign

Transversal, developers of Prescience, a cognitive technology platform for knowledge solutions, has appointed specialist digital agency, Mobaslgnite, to redesign its website. The new appointment comes as Transversal gears up to launch a new brand identity and build on its success in the US.

Transversal’s head of corporate marketing, Sharon King-Livesey, said: “Mobaslgnite impressed the in-house marketing team by responding to the complex brief with a clear creative strategy and demonstrating an in-depth understanding of both the brand’s identity and requirements.”

Cambridge-based Transversal provides a range of knowledge management solutions designed to help improve agent efficiencies in contact centres, deliver exceptional experiences in online self-service and increase business performance through employees and business partners. Customers include John Lewis and Marks and Spencer.
