Gala Bingo has followed in the footsteps of its sing-a-long ‘Gala la la’ advert with a campaign that poses the question ‘What’s your Gala la la?’.

Created by Cravens, the campaign highlights individual people’s Gala la la moments, their happy place, be it on a boat in the middle of the ocean or in a bathtub full of marshmallows.

Comprised of three spots altogether, the campaign launches with ‘Emma sails the seas’ with multiple executions and different offers planned for autumn and winter.

“Gala Bingo is all about entertainment and escapism from the day to day and our latest series of ads really encapsulate the fun side of the brand and create an emotional connection with the audience,” said Alison Digges, Gala Bingo brand director.

Phil Coverdale, managing director at Cravens, added: “Horses, doves, yachts, models, dancers, pomeranian dogs. Our shoot had a lot of crazy parts to pull together. Given our brand is all about ‘happy’ it was only appropriate it was the most fun shoot to be on. Filming in the Costa Del Sol in May of course helps.”

Adam Johnson, lead creative across the campaign, commented director, Henry Scholfield, “has done a sterling job capturing these ‘Gala la la’ moments, bringing some great comedy elements to life and raising the bar with this campaign.”

“From first writing ‘Gala la la’ on a notepad to watching this campaign grow and grow as an expression of bingo joy has been a fun filled journey. Gala Bingo are a joy to work with. They have a lot of love for this campaign, as do we.”

The first advert has been on air since late June with the autumn advert heralding a

period drama romance and the onset of winter providing showtime

choreography to remember.
