Fast-food chain Taco Bell plans to serve beer, wine, and mixed alcohol freezes at its new Wicker Park restaurant in Chicago opening this summer.

The move comes as the brand tries to modernize itself and appeal to young city dwellers. While Wicker Park will be the first, it plans to test this new restaurant design in other urban markets.

Besides adding alcohol to its menu, the company is making other changes to help rejuvenate itself. The new restaurants will use “reclaimed elements of existing architecture such as restoring prismatic glass and restoring brick walls” and will showcase the work of local artists to give each location a personal feel.

They will also include a more open kitchen and open-face baskets to showcase ingredients.

This new design has already been launched in Tokyo, Seoul, and the UK.
