President Obama finally joins Twitter
President Barack Obama has debuted his own verified Twitter account after more than six years in the White House.

Using the handle ‘@POTUS,’ his bio on the site reads: ‘Dad, husband, and 44th President of the United States.’
While he is only following 65 users, including Harvard University, the Chicago White Sox, and Bill Clinton, the president has already amassed more than one million followers.
His other Twitter account, ‘@BarackObama,’ is run by Organizing for Action employees.
