Glenmorangie draws inspiration from luxury shop windows for Christmas gift pack

Glenmorangie has turned to ButterflyCannon to create a bespoke Christmas gift pack containing Glenmorangie’s signature expression – the Original – and two branded tumblers.

Described by The Glenmorangie Company marketing manager, Michael Atkinson, as “reflecting Glenmorangie’s quality and creativity” the packaging was inspired by Christmas window displays from luxury boutiques and features a wraparound window to create a Glenmorangie ‘mini boutique’.

On the packaging ButterflyCannon creative director, Jon Davies, said: “Each year we identify a new creative thematic to inform the packaging. This year’s inspiration came from the amazing festive window displays you see at the designer boutiques across the world. Glenmorangie is a prestigious whisky brand but doesn’t have its own stores, so we thought we would create one for them.”

In addition to the wraparound window which enables the pack’s content to be viewed from any angle the packaging also features the brand’s signature Orangie colour with a textured watermark pattern to add depth and complexity.
