Recruiter Propel promotes James Webb to MD and Thomas Chambers as chairman
Digital recruitment consultancy, Propel London, has promoted James Webb and Thomas Chambers to the roles of managing director and chairman respectively.

Webb was previously commercial director while Chambers was a non-executive director.
In a statement Webb said: “Propel is in a really exciting period of change and becoming the managing director at this point in time is a great challenge. We have added Contract and Executive Search teams to our arsenal and our core of permanent contingency is developing its account focussed work.”
Chambers commented: “Propel is a fantastic organisation, and one that compelled me to want to be involved with them. Their integrity and ethos is identical to mine and they are an organisation with spark and imagination.”
Propel, which launched in 2001, has a staff count of just under 50 people.
