i-design appoint Paul Gardiner as head of operations and technology
Banking customer solution agency i-design has appointed Paul Gardiner to its senior management team.

The Dundee-based firm has appointed Gardiner, who has fifteen years of experience in the industry, as head of operations and technology.
Gardiner will join i-design's senior management team where he will be responsible for product management, development, testing and delivery strategy of the company's full software suite including the flagship product joono.
Additionally, he coordinate with i-design teams based in the firm’s Edinburgh and Dundee offices.

“This newly found role coupled with Paul’s expertise, will enable us to continue to develop our products and provide customers with cutting edge choices.”
Prior to i-design, Gardiner was with Edinburgh-based consultancy, Exception, where he led Test and QA Professional Services supporting complex Payments and ATM modernisation projects for major retail banks on a consultative basis.
Gardiner also worked at Level Four Software as Operations Director, leading the development, delivery and support of ATM Test Automation software to a global customer base.
