Electronic cigarette brand Vapestick has appointed Space to handle its online and offline integrated communications following a three-way pitch as it embarks on the search for a style icon, led by actress Mischa Barton.
The agency has been tasked with creating a differentiated placement for the brand within the fast growing competitive sector, while also building a consumer relationship through creative communications, promotional activity and out-of-home activity.
Activity will include a five month campaign, which begins tomorrow across festivals and live events, to find the brand’s next style icon, with two set to be selected from a panel including Barton.
The winners will be announced on 16 December and will take part in a photoshoot ahead of an advertising campaign set for next year.
