Sofa so good for Karmarama as it wins DFS direct marketing and data management account

Sofa purveyor DFS has appointed Karmarama to create and implement its direct marketing, content and data management strategy following a three-way pitch.

The appointment will hand Karmarama responsibility for handling DFS’s direct marketing, data analytics, content strategy and delivery,

Davnet Reid, head of analytics and customer experience at DFS said: “We selected Karmarama based on the strength of their creative content and their ability to combine, what we considered an outstanding commercial focus, with a genuine understanding of the consumer.

“We’re also confident that Karmarama has a team that can hit the ground running and partner with our above-the-line agency Krow to develop a fully rounded, customer-centric marketing strategy.”

Karmarama will begin their new DFS role in September with the development of as three-year direct marketing strategy.
