Anheuser-Busch InBev, which owns brands such as Budweiser, Stella Artois and Corona, is putting its European media account up for review.
A spokeswoman for AB InBev stated: “AB InBev periodically evaluates its marketing services organisation to ensure that we maintain the best working relationships and optimise the use of our marketing spend, with the best agency partners. Thus we are currently in a process of reviewing media agency suppliers in Europe.
“During this process, we will continue to work with our current agencies who have been informed and have also been invited to participate in the pitch.”
In the UK, the $23m media account is handled by Vizeum, who is believed to be re-pitching.
