Shannon Brennan has joined 180 Amsterdam in the newly created role of head of talent, following the agency’s recent high-profile work for Qatar Airways and PlayStation.

Brennan joins 180 Amsterdam from creative recruitment outfit Indigo Mile and relocates this week. As head of talent Brennan is tasked with bringing in talent at all levels to support the agency’s expansion plans.

Of the appointment Brennan said: “I am hugely proud to be given this opportunity to drive the talent within its walls, boosting the 180 brand and culture. I am actively hunting for all levels and all disciplines, from fresh new talent who can be nurtured to the boldest global thinkers out there. What’s most important for me is the initiative, creativity, attitude and entrepreneurial spirit.”

President and chief creative officer of 180 Amsterdam, Al Moseley, added: “Shannon has one of the best reputations in the business and her role is going to be pivotal in helping us to realise our ambitious future plans.”

Brennan brings eight years’ worth of experience to the role having previously spearheaded recruitment for some of the industry’s leading players, including a spell working internally for BBH London.
