Panasonic appoints Grey Berlin for European account

Panasonic has chosen Grey Berlin as the lead agency to promote its new video camera, Panasonic HX-A500, in Europe.

The electronics company has tasked Grey Berlin with supporting its “There is a new perspective on everything” campaign, which starts with a product film followed by several episodes in social media, print ads and in-stpre.

Oliver Handlos, creative managing director, said: “We consciously wanted to stay away from the ubiquitous presentations of other manufacturers in the action camera world, because the product concept of Panasonic opens up completely new possible uses and perspectives.”

The camcorder, which launches in June, provides the “highest resolution” in the wearable camcorder category and a new “wearing concept”.
