Infographic: Virgin Money in the lead as London Marathon sponsor

As people gear up for the London Marathon on Sunday 13 April, Way To Blue looked into the top 10 sponsors ranked in order of social mentions.

The gold medal, Way to Blue finds, is awarded to the lead sponsor of the 2014 London Marathon, Virgin Money, who lead the online chatter with 2,936 mentions. In fact the brand secured 2,436 more mentions than its nearest rival, adidas.

Charity Anthony Nolan has racked up 489 mentions, followed by Lucozade with 407 mentions, and Buxton Water with 148.
