Tagman acquired by Ensighten as it strengthens product offer to rival Adobe

TagMan, the tag management and attribution company has been acquired by enterprises data management provider, Ensighten.

The deal to acquire the London-based business, has followed a $40m fundraising effort, and will strengthen Ensighten's enterprise data and tag management offer.

TagMan’s Tag Management, Marketing Data and Attribution platform will all be moved over, as the company continues to work with its customer base of over 400 brands, including John Lewis. Virgin America and Marriott while it postions itself against Adobe, Oracle and Salesforce cloud marketing platforms through the new entity.

We are very excited to deliver one-to-one marketing capabilities for the mutual benefits of our customers and partners worldwide.”

Last month, Ensighten launched a new product family called Activate, which was unveiled during the company's annual user conference in San Francisco.
