Jimmy Choo could become the next big name brand to float on the stock market after it owner, Labelux, announced moves toward a London listing.

The Swiss luxury-goods business is said to be looking at ways to raise capital as part of a fundraising drive, with a London-listing amongst a number of options currently on the table.

Any move toward an initial public offering would further fuel a spate of such moves in recent months with Just Eat announcing similar plans on the same day and Chinese ecommerce platform Alibab’s decision to float in New York.

Other big name brands to look at going public include AO World, Poundland and Pets at Home.
