Guardian News and Media hires Charlotte Taylor from PHD as client planning director

PHD business director Charlotte Taylor will join Guardian News and Media (GNM) as client planning director in March.

Appointment: Charlotte Taylor is joining Guardian News and Media

Reporting to GNM’s commercial director, Nick Hewat, Taylor will be leading a team responsible for developing client and agency planner relationships.

Hewat said: “I am delighted Charlotte is joining our team. She’s an experienced agency leader who will add significantly to our understanding of how to talk to and influence senior agency and client personnel.

“I’m confident she will bring new skills and knowledge to the team. Coming from PHD, I know she is curious, intelligent and energetic – characteristics highly valued at GNM!”

Taylor added that she was “very excited” to be joining the newsbrand. Over the last six year at PHD she has worked with PHD clients such as Cadbury, Kraft, Sainsbury’s Bank and Canon.
