Bloomberg Television launches brand campaign to target London commuters

Business and financial news network Bloomberg Television is to launch a major European brand campaign this week to target business travellers and commuters across London.

The outdoor 'Start Smart' campaign, which carries the strapline 'Business Critical Information', will focus on regional news anchors in a bid to promote weekday morning programmes ‘Countdown’, ‘On the Move’ and ‘The Pulse’.

The month-long campaign was booked by Media Agency Group and will see digital outdoor screens at popular commuter stations, including London Bridge, Cannon St, Bank and Waterloo - run a series of five and 10-second animated adverts during peak travel times.

Damian Totman, executive creative director of Bloomberg's Internal Agency, said: “The creative executions place an emphasis on equipping viewers - from the moment they open their eyes - with the critical information they need for the day ahead.”

Screens in additional locations across London, including the Bloomberg Hub at London City Airport, and platforms at Heathrow Airport terminals one to five, will run advertisements 24/7.
