WPP and Nasdaq could be among those interested in buying Gorkana Group
Gorkana Group has revealed that its backers will be seeking a sale in the coming months.
The FT announced the news, adding that “potential buyers include marketing services groups such as WPP, or business information providers such as Nasdaq”.
Gorkana was bought for £25m by private equity firm Exponent in 2010.
This comes as media monitoring company Precise also plans a sale, with a valuation of at least £60m being sought.
