Cross Channel ferry operator Condor Ferries and Jersey Tourism have partnered again to launch a TV ad campaign aimed at promoting ferry travel.

The 10-second ad, created by Bournemouth-based The Walker Agency, features a family car left devastated by being left behind on its occupants’ summer holiday to Jersey via ferry.

Alicia Andrews, sales and marketing director at Condor Ferries, said: “We are very pleased with the campaign, which manages to tell a real story despite its short run time and promote one of the key benefits of ferry travel – the ability to take your car along with you – in a new way.”

The ad will screen on ITV and Channel 4, as well as social media and as a targeted online video advert. Its TV screenings have been planned to run during the same commercial breaks as ads from Jersey Tourism.

Condor and Jersey Tourism previously worked together in 2013 to run joint advertising campaigns.
