White Stuff has appointed iCrossing to manage its search strategy, working across both paid and natural search in the UK.

The appointment will see iCrossing work with the internal White Stuff marketing team, and is the first time that White Stuff has introduced PPC into its marketing mix.

Julian Baker, marketing director at White Stuff, explained: “Following a rigorous selection process we are delighted to appoint iCrossing as our retained search agency. White Stuff is a growing lifestyle retailer. We have large ambitions for our online and multichannel business and iCrossing is a good fit to deliver innovative search campaigns.”

Tom Jones, chief client office at iCrossing, added: “White Stuff is a fantastic company with a creative positioning and reputation for quality; working with such a great brand gives us the opportunity to complement their existing digital work with some seriously innovative search tactics. This approach, coupled with our fifteen years of retail experience, puts us in an excellent position to make a real difference to their business. We’re looking forward to getting started.”

The agency will also look to widen the appeal of White Stuff’s new on- and offline magalogue through search.
