Rhona Drummond rejoins The Gate as executive producer
Rhona Drummond, formerly a producer at Newhaven, has rejoined The Gate Edinburgh, which she helped launch eight years ago.
Drummond will now hold the role of executive producer, as the company looks to develop its integrated offering in Scotland across broadcast and digital channels.
"Having worked across the Scottish industry over the last few years, there's no doubt we should all still be pushing to improve the way we deliver the best possible creative film work,” she said. “The Gate has a reputation for a strong director led approach which is a great foundation, but part of my role is to continually better that process and work with agencies to re-energise that close relationship between creatives and director.”
Drummond has experience from both agency and production company sides.
