Sydney ‘content creators’, The Feds project ‘Soundtrack of the World’ has been selected as one of 30 finalists in the ‘Power to the Pixel’ competition to be judged in London this week.

'Soundtrack of the World'

The project is a collaboration between director Josh Logue, band Empire of the Sun, digital agency visualjazzisobar, Illustrious Music, SJB architects and Screen NSW.

“Soundtrack of the World is both a truly groundbreaking art installation and dynamic shareable online experience,” said Lizzy Nash, executive producer, The Feds.

“Other projects (with some similarity) have synthesized data with music to form a singular finished piece of music however our point of difference is we are working with live demographic data and the soundtrack is therefore living,” she said.

The contest is judged on Wednesday night.
